Tune Hotel in Malaysia is seeking a Guest Service Executive to provide friendly, proactive service for guests from arrival to departure. You’ll handle front‑office duties, respond to queries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service from arrival to departure.
• Manage reception tasks including check-in/check-out and audit procedures.
• Keep management informed of guest feedback and departmental updates.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Attend training and support Night Team's development efforts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote services.
• Follow hotel credit policy for currencies, cards and cash.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire regulations and health & safety laws.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
