Job summary

Tune Hotel is looking for a Guest Services Executive to deliver the Tune Experience and Tune Service to guests in person and by phone, representing the hotel with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations, handle payments and add-ons, communicate our service concept clearly, and work with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet standards while anticipating guest needs.

Qualifications

• Other languages or hospitality/customer service experience is a bonus.
• Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, or volunteering is a bonus – but not required!

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• Deliver a consistent Tune Experience to all guests, both in person and over the phone
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently
• Handle payments and add-ons with attention to detail
• Clearly communicate our service concept so guests know what to expect
• Stay on top of daily arrivals and departures
• Work closely with housekeeping and ensure rooms meet our standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and appropriately
• Prepare clear and accurate daily and shift reports
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
• Support the team across functions when needed
• Guide and support new team members where required
