Job summary

Tune Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Executive to deliver friendly, responsive service to guests from arrival to departure. You’ll handle guest queries, assist with check-in/out, and support the Night Team as needed. You’ll need excellent communication in English, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to engage guests and improve their stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and relevant audit procedures.
• Keep senior management informed of guest feedback and departmental updates.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and brand guidelines.
• Assist with training and development for the Night Team when required.
• Promote hotel services and upsell available packages.
• Adhere to hotel security, cash handling, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
