Job summary

True Flavours Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Crew member to be the face of the restaurant at SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will greet guests, take orders, serve beverages and meals, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Physical stamina to stand and perform tasks.
• Fluency in English and Malay is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them promptly according to restaurant procedures.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and quality standards.
• Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service.
• Process payments from guests and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Assist with general restaurant duties including setting tables, and preparing the dining area for service.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen/bar and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and beverages when requested.
