Job summary

Vivo Pizza, a growing chain with 17 outlets across Malaysia, invites a Service Crew to welcome guests and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will take orders, serve promptly, and support opening/closing duties while keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Ideal candidates will handle cash/digital payments per procedures, know menu items, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Accurately take and enter orders; handle payments per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and enter orders into POS accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and ingredients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests and minor concerns.
• Prepare tables before guests arrive and clear tables after service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments according to procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
