Job summary

Vivo Pizza in Malaysia seeks a Kitchen Crew to support daily food preparation and maintain high hygiene standards. You will wash, peel, chop ingredients, assist in cooking and assembling items per recipes, and keep workstations clean.

You will also manage stock with FIFO, receive deliveries, store them properly, and dispose of waste while ensuring food safety throughout the shift. This is an on-site role across multiple outlets in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping
• Assist in cooking and assembling menu items according to company recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Store food properly and monitor stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized
