Job summary

Serveco in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly customer service associate to join our team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and operate the POS system to handle payments.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages per standards, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with stock, and supporting opening/closing of daily outlet operations. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle customer payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
• Support the opening and closing of daily outlet operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
