Euro Staffs in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales & Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and ensure that business, sales, and marketing strategies are effectively executed. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who is organised, proactive, persistent, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple teams, projects, deadlines, and KPIs.

Responsibilities include translating strategies into action plans, monitoring sales targets and marketing campaigns

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, sales operations, marketing operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales and digital marketing.
Excellent follow-up and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Translate strategies into actionable plans with owners, deadlines and KPIs.
Monitor sales targets, leads, conversion rates, revenue and pipeline performance.
Coordinate marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
Lead multiple projects from planning to completion with clear objectives and timelines.
Record CEO meeting decisions, assign owners and deadlines, and track progress.
Develop dashboards and reports covering performance metrics.
