Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and market segments.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients through networking events and meetings.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations and tender submissions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor tenders, pre-qualification exercises, and procurement opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and pricing proposals.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, activities, and forecasting.
• Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
• Monitor customer orders from quotation to delivery and project completion.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment terms, invoicing, and collection.
• Liaise with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Verify order specifications, pricing, and contractual requirements.
• Track delivery schedules and communicate progress to clients.
• Resolve order-related issues and maintain documentation for audits.
• Coordinate project kickoff to final completion, including schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, scope, and timelines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; facilitate meetings and status reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and communications.
• Provide after-sales support, feedback, and service improvements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on business development, sales, and projects.
