Job summary
JDE Peet’s in Malaysia invites a PMO Delivery Manager to drive integrated value-delivery across renovation growth projects and value-optimization initiatives, supporting market performance through to project closure. The role also backs regional rollout of large innovation programs led by Global Innovation Delivery Managers.

Qualifications
- Academic Program: Degree / Master in Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or business management.
- At least 10 years in innovation and/or PM in FMCG or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing.
- Experience in new product/packaging innovation commercialization.
- Experience in PM in an international matrix organization.
- Structured approach with strong communication and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the multidisciplinary team for full project delivery (On Time In Quality), 5-6 work-stream leads.
- Drive content quality and delivery of growth projects.
- Manage stakeholder alignments with business, R&D and Operations.
- Translate growth opportunities into clear project briefs and plans.
- Plan, allocate resources and manage budgets; flag deviations.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and opportunities.
- Lead project gate reviews and key decision moments, justify decisions.
