Razer is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager in Shah Alam, Malaysia to drive growth through lead generation, client outreach, and account management. You will work with the HOD to execute strategies, onboard merchants, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver payment and digital solutions.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales/BD, with strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin or other local languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support and drive business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and account management.
• Collaborate with HOD to execute growth strategies and secure new merchant/partner accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients; identify upsell opportunities to maximize value.
• Draft proposals and coordinate negotiations and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with Tech, Operations, Finance, and Support to onboard merchants and deploy solutions.
