Job summary

Razer is seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist to empower the Business Development team. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer needs, prepare reports, and support marketing campaigns, helping to optimize campaigns and merchant activities.

Based in Malaysia, you will contribute to cross-functional initiatives, document processes for AI adoption, and ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities while reporting to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, project management, administration, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and merchant re-training arrangements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Business Development team and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
