Job summary

Green Xperts is looking for a proactive Junior Business Development professional in Malaysia to support the BD Lead in sales planning, client outreach, and achieving targets. You will identify new customers, prepare client presentations, and work with analytics teams to study market trends.

Travel and self-mobilty are required; social media reporting is part of the role. You will join a small team focused on delivering value to clients in renewable energy and engineering sectors, with growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred, but other science degrees are welcome.
• Experience in Renewable Energy or Electrical & Electronics is preferred but not required if you can excel.
• Strong communication to articulate vision, mission, and business ethics to clients.
• Creative, proactive, innovative, responsible and a self-starter in a small team.
• Willingness to travel and own transport; company may cover outstation travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD Lead to prepare sales plans and secure orders while meeting targets.
• Identify and establish new customers and new business opportunities to maintain pipelines.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients with support available.
• Collaborate with Strategic and Analytic teams to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Maintain relationships with clients; follow up on leads and existing relationships.
• Assist with social media accounts and reporting.
• Participate in tender exercises and contribute to project management activities.
