Job summary

Sabah International Dairies Sdn Bhd is a Sabah-based, Malaysian company principally involved in the manufacturing, packaging and marketing of U.H.T. milk products and pasteurised fresh milk.

The company is the biggest supplier and distributor of UHT milk for Malaysia school milk programme. The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets, identify new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, prepare quotations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing or related position.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.
• Willing to travel or meet customers when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, presentations, and other relevant sales documents.
• Conduct product presentations and promote the company's products/services to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by Management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and performance reports.
