Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Malaysian citizenship.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a team-player who is resourceful and able to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide and process information on products and services.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and walk-in customers.
• Promote testing services to new customers and prepare quotations.
• Assist and support the account manager in sales operations.
• Prepare and process customer orders and furnish quotations for approval or review.
• Handle inquiries via telephone, email or face-to-face.
• Take charge of inter-company related clients.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports, quotations and price lists for testing services.
• Provide information to customers including brochures and service details.
• Respond to inquiries by email or fax and process quotations.
• Arrange sample collection and deliver CoA or test reports to customers.
• Update customer contact details.
• Assist management with tenders and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
