Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Able to work independently, or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Advise on employment laws and HR best practices to management and staff.
• Coordinate industrial relations and ensure policy compliance with authorities.
