Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support online and offline marketing activities for its supplement products.

In this role you will assist campaign implementation, coordinate basic marketing tasks, and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations under the guidance of the CMO. You will work with the marketing team on digital campaigns, content posting, asset coordination, and reporting, while developing skills in TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Details-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Support the preparation and coordination of marketing materials, creatives, and campaign assets.
• Assist in simple content posting, scheduling, and basic platform management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Support offline campaign performance and compile reports for review.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time as assigned by the CMO.
• Provide general administrative support for marketing operations when required.
