The role balances creative thinking with strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team leadership, overseeing cross-functional teams and external partners while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in sales funnel development, digital advertising, social media content, and integrated campaign execution.
• Proven experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey optimisation.
• Strong copywriting, content development, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Experience using AI tools and marketing technologies is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing marketing events, vendors, and external partners will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Highly adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to provide hands-on support during events and customer engagement activities when required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, e-commerce, and physical events.
• Design and optimise sales funnels, marketing packages, backend systems, and customer communication workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and manage email sequences and social media content calendars.
• Create compelling, brand-aligned copy for advertisements, landing pages, emails, social media, and websites.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate team members across functions for timely delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Build relationships with vendors, KOLs, and production partners.
• Provide hands-on customer support via Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other channels.
• Conceptualise and execute engagement strategies for physical and online events.
• Coordinate event planning, promotions, on-site operations, and post-event follow-ups.
