Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce/corporate lead generation
• Hands-on experience in ad management, media buying, and scaling campaigns to optimize ROI
• Proven ability to drive organic traffic, optimize search visibility, and improve long-term conversion funnels
• Deep command of major social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.) for content creation and engagement
• Strong data-analysis skills; able to track funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and make data-backed decisions
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven

Responsabilités

• Manage paid ads and performance marketing campaigns, including ad management, media buying, and scaling campaigns to optimize ROI
