Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential sales channels.
• Reach out to potential new accounts via phone, email and in-person meetings to generate leads.
• Onboard channels and train them to function as collection points.
• Tracking and maintaining buyers’ accounts.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Build and develop customer relationships with all collection point.
• Conduct market research with buyers to develop and implement resources that increase their capabilities as a collection point.
