Job summary

Sing Mah Marketing in Malaysia invites an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize wood packaging operations. You will oversee daily production, plan schedules, ensure quality and safety adherence, and drive productivity gains across the factory.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing/Operations and 5–8 years' relevant experience, with strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and support our expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in wood or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge in production planning and factory operations.
• Leadership and team management experience is required.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor production efficiency, output, and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring discipline and productivity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistic, and Sales departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage manpower planning and cost control.
