Job summary

Nutri Food & Packaging (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Production, Quality and Technical functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and achievement of targets. The role requires directing production planning, monitoring productivity and implementing process improvements to raise quality and efficiency.

You will lead technical and production teams, drive training, and coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production, quality and technical operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
