• Can write clearly for conversion-focused work.
• Knows what sample size means before declaring a winner.
• Able to collaborate with developers to implement changes.
• Open to updating views when evidence disagrees.

Responsibilities

• Map a client funnel end to end and identify where money is lost.
• Set what gets tested next and brief the page, ad and email work behind it.
• Test offers and propositions to drive gains.
• Monitor activation and repeat purchases, not just the first sale.
• Record every experiment, including failures.
