Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM and campaign systems.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or similar.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Careful with personal data and consent records.

Responsibilities

• Build lead capture and routing from forms to the person who will call.
• Set up and maintain the CRM: fields, stages, and what actually gets used.
• Build the triggers behind sequences, scoring and reminders.
• Push results back to the ad platforms so spend is judged on real outcomes.
• Keep the data clean, deduplicated and consented.
