Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Ideally 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to move projects forward without constant supervision.
• Strong execution skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Creative and resourceful, with the ability to turn ideas into actual execution.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• A collaborative team player who works across departments and stakeholders.
• Good visual sense and basic understanding of graphic design and marketing creatives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and activities.
• Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and independently manage them from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and turn them into practical, actionable initiatives.
• Support social media, content, branding, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including digital content, banners, promotional materials, event materials, and other brand assets.
• Support and participate in company events, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and promotional activities when required.
• Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors, partners, KOLs, and other third parties when necessary.
• Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and potential solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
• Monitor campaign progress and performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, social media trends, and new marketing opportunities.
• Support other marketing projects and responsibilities as assigned.
