Job summary

Multi Graded Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive in Parit Buntar, Perak, to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth in our manufacturing-focused sales team. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Proven sales and business development experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within territory and industry segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Network at industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to support deal closure and implementation.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.
• Provide excellent customer service as a primary contact for accounts.
