Job summary

The Clorox Company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Emerging Channels Sales Lead to accelerate profitable growth across digital channels including e-commerce, quick commerce, social commerce, specialty retail and export markets.

You will develop and execute channel growth strategies, build strategic customer partnerships and create new routes-to-market that expand Clorox's reach beyond traditional retail. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FMCG or consumer products with commercial experience.
• Proven sales growth via E-Commerce, Modern Trade or Emerging Channels.
• Experience managing strategic customers and distributors.
• Experience developing Joint Business Plans and growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and omnichannel retail.
• Experience identifying new business opportunities and routes-to-market.
• College education required; degree preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth strategy and annual planning.
• Manage key marketplace partners (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Drive digital shelf, content, search, availability and assortment.
• Develop new routes-to-market and emerging channel opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Planning.
• Deliver Net Sales, market share and profit targets.
