Job summary

BettingJobs in Malaysia is seeking an Acquisition Manager to lead a performance-driven growth engine beyond traditional ad networks. You will design and scale non-traditional funnels across creator networks, short-form video, and community platforms.

You will recruit and manage a regional network of creators and affiliates, optimize end-to-end conversion flows to reduce acquisition costs and improve lifetime value, and implement robust tracking to measure traffic quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth, community, or performance influencer marketing experience.
• Proven track record scaling alternative channels (creator networks, affiliates).
• Strong command of growth metrics, attribution platforms, and unit economics.
• Deep familiarity with Southeast Asian digital consumer trends.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale non-traditional funnels across creator networks, short-form video, and communities.
• Recruit and manage a regional network of creators and affiliates under performance-based models.
• Optimize end-to-end conversion flows to lower acquisition costs and maximize LTV.
• Implement robust tracking and attribution to protect budgets and measure traffic quality accurately.
• Experiment with new acquisition mechanics and emerging platform trends across Southeast Asia.
