Job Description
The SEA Growth Analytics Manager is part of the broader SEA Insights & Analytics (I&A) Team, working within the Growth Analytics and Shopper COE sub‑team. The role establishes, strengthens, and advances key analytics pillars: Marketing‑Media Analytics, Pricing & Strategic Analytics, Forecasting, and Business Intelligence.
How You Will Contribute
Responsibilities
Business Optimization
- Promote advanced modelling and analytics for improved marketing return and develop fact‑based plans for key brands.
- Generate and communicate analytics learning, guiding investment of marketing, trade spend, and pricing strategies.
- Leverage analytic tools to identify resource distortion across categories/brands.
- Provide consolidated reporting for in‑market performance and forecasts.
Market Mix Modeling (MMM) / Planning & ROI
- Independently manage multiple MMM projects prioritized for SEA.
- Prepare and present ROI analyses with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Media Team on advertising spend optimization and distortion analysis across SEA categories.
A&C/Trade ROI Measurement
- Ensure scientific rigor, advanced statistical modeling, and harmonized metrics for cross‑brand ROI comparison.
- Cover business/brand drivers holistically, ensuring granularity in media mix, price, promotion, and new product launches.
Pricing Analytics
- Manage multiple Pricing Research or Price Pack Architecture analyses in SEA.
- Utilize Mekko charts, threshold and quartile analyses, and pricing simulators to evaluate PPA opportunities.
Category Forecasting
- Forecast category growth for 1–4 years using the best available models.
- Align forecasts with cross‑functional teams to integrate into annual and strategic plans.
- Validate forecasts and identify opportunities to recalibrate models.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation in New‑Age Analytics
- Develop ROI and media optimization learnings to enhance brand drivers models.
- Reduce cycle time and costs across MMM processes.
- Apply social listening tools to inform the BU growth agenda.
- Forecast new product volumes accurately.
Communication
- Deliver clear, timely, and inspiring presentations and reports that influence BU teams.
- Build management confidence through appropriate interpretation of findings.
Workshop & Activation
- Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to share learnings and recommendations for short‑term and long‑term plans.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing research or advanced analytics, with 2 years in MMM or forecasting.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- High analytical skills with judgement to improve analytical delivery.
- Advanced analytics expertise: marketing mix econometric modeling, forecasting simulators, price pack architecture, dashboarding, and innovation incrementality.
- Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into a clear narrative.
- In‑depth knowledge of pricing concepts such as price elasticity, demand & supply theory, and pricing’s role in the marketing mix.
- Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and influence skills.
- Experience with market research data sources: retail measurement, brand health trackers, consumer panels, Euromonitor.
- Project management skills and capability to lead analytical teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Nielsen Retail Audit database software, and relevant statistical packages.
Additional Information

- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance data with intuition.
- Prior knowledge of Mondelēz International is a plus but not required.
- Must be persuasive in packaging and presenting analytical insights.
