Thousands of Years Media Sdn Bhd (ToYm) seeks a Data and Growth Analyst to build the data foundation behind BiteShorts, understanding user acquisition costs, usage patterns, retention drivers and revenue levers.

You will own dashboards, data integration across advertising platforms, app analytics, product, content and revenue sources, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. Strong Excel/Sheets, SQL, GA4 and mobile analytics experience are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience turning data into actionable growth insights.
• Proven ability to build and interpret dashboards.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics and marketing metrics.

Aufgaben

• Build dashboards covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue and LTV.
• Integrate and validate data from advertising platforms, app analytics, product, content and revenue sources.
• Analyse funnels, cohorts, attribution, segmentation and retention.
• Define measurement plans with Product, Marketing and Content; support A/B tests and evaluate results.
• Prepare weekly reports explaining changes, rationale and next steps.
