Job summary

SEEK, a global employer platform with a presence in Australia and Malaysia, is seeking a Growth Analyst to turn customer and operational data into actionable insights. You will work across data, systems and stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes and identify scalable opportunities in the hiring funnel.

This role involves building dashboards, enabling experiments, and partnering with Sales, Growth and Innovation teams to drive impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth, analytics, data, or revenue operations.
• Strong technical foundation with SQL and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, dashboards or reporting to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Experience with CRM or ATS, and familiarity with AI-enabled/automated technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for BAU operations and experiments.
• Produce clear, concise reporting, analysis and commentary for stakeholders.
• Define and maintain data requirements and experiment proof points for reliable results.
• Support development of demand strategies and enable operational execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Innovation teams across regions.
