Hartalega Holdings Berhad is hiring a Group Leader for Quality Control and Packing in Malaysia. You will assist the supervisor to monitor activities in QC and packing, ensure hygiene controls, and guide inspectors and packers.

The role requires hands-on leadership and strong attention to glove quality and traceability. Responsibilities include evaluating 2nd grade and reject gloves, maintaining line clearance, and coordinating rework documentation for end-to-end quality assurance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure QC and Q-Max tester operate correctly and segregate gloves by grade.
• Evaluate 2nd grade and reject gloves and document findings.
• Ensure defective gloves are not mixed with good gloves and perform line clearance.
• Scan batch cards and record rework output for traceability.
• Check gloves packaging integrity and storage readiness.
• Verify TMP glove packing before storing in TMP racking.
• Prepare PSI replacement gloves after inspection for use.
• Conduct final inspection for MSR requests from Sales.
• Record rework outcomes for internal traceability.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

OVERVIEW

• To assist Supervisor to monitor all activities in Quality Control and Packing department.
• To ensure the entire hygiene control requirement been follow by all inspectors, tester and packers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure all QC and Q-Max tester operate in the correct method of testing and proper segregation of good, 2nd grade and reject gloves in the allocated bin or container.
• To conduct the evaluation of 2nd grade and reject gloves that is removed by operators. Document it in 2nd Grade evaluation form.
• To ensure defective gloves that are removed does not mix up with the good gloves and conduct line clearance
• To scan the batch card and rework output into the system for traceability.
• To ensure canvas or plastic bag containing gloves are not damage or burst.
• Verify the Temporary Pack (TMP) glove by Online Packing before storing in TMP Racking
• Prepare PSI replacement gloves for after inspection usage
• Conduct final inspection for Marketing Sample Request (MSR) from Sales
• Transfer the rework outcome details into internal file for internal traceability
• Any other task that may be assigned by superior

Education:

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing
