Only World Group is seeking a Group IT Manager to lead the IT team in delivering robust system administration, helpdesk support, and IT governance. The role focuses on maintaining a stable IT environment across servers, networks, security, and disaster recovery to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in IT with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with vendors for online presence and marketing tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in IT field of studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT related field or industry.
• Proficient in Computer hardware and software systems and programs.
• Proficient in Computer networking installation and troubleshooting.
• Good managerial, supervisory, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT team including system administration, helpdesk, upgrades, maintenance, and asset management.
• Ensure IT environment is stable and fit for purpose including LAN, firewall, AD, file servers, application servers, email server, backup systems, disaster recovery and desktops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and the network operating system of the organization.
• Liaise with 3rd parties/vendors in areas of internet marketing (webpages, websites, hosting, SEO, email marketing, payment gateway, social media).
• Develop and maintain application and database per business requirements.
• Create and maintain MIS documentation for operational procedures and IT policies.
• Develop, upkeeping & implementing MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Prepare monthly MIS management reports.
• Provide training to staff on potential uses of existing technology.

We are looking for a Group IT Manager to join our IT Team. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the team which handles all IT and MIS matters and ensure day to day operations and support of information systems runs smoothly and efficiently to be able to meet company’s operations requirement and perform troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day overall operations of the IT team in providing system administration, helpdesk, technical support, implement upgrades, maintenance, and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and related IT asset management activities.

To ensure that the IT environment is stable and fit for purpose including but not limited to LAN, firewall, network security, anti-virus, Windows Active Directory, file servers, application servers, email server, backup systems, disaster recovery and desktops, notebooks, terminals, computer room facilities, etc.

Performs troubleshoot on hardware, software and the entire network operating system of the organization.

Manage and liaison with 3rd parties/vendors in areas of internet marketing that includes but not limited to webpages, websites, webhosting, search engine optimization, email marketing, mobile advertising, online payment gateway, social networking blogs and etc.

Develop and maintain application and database, in accordingly to business requirement.

Create and maintain MIS documentation for all operational procedures and IT policies.

Develop, upkeeping & implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.

Prepare monthly MIS management reports.

To provide training to staff about the potential uses of existing technology.

Any ad-hoc tasks which may be required from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in IT field of studies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT related field or industry.

Proficient in Computer hardware and software systems and programs.

Proficient in Computer networking installation and troubleshooting.

Good managerial, supervisory, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
