Job summary

Only World Group in Penang Island is seeking a talented Content Creator to join The TOP team as a full‑time member. You will shape and execute our digital storytelling, producing compelling content that resonates with our audience and strengthens the brand.

You’ll craft written, visual and multimedia assets across social, website and email channels, collaborate with marketing, monitor performance, and stay ahead of trends to continually elevate our online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator or digital marketer with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Only World Group. As a Content Creator for The TOP, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and impactful digital content to drive our online presence and showcase our brand. This is a full-time position based in Penang Island, Penang.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to promote The TOP across various digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing
• Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, plan, and produce content that supports our overall marketing objectives
• Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, using data to inform and refine your content approach
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
• Assist with the management and maintenance of our online platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
