Baxian Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the Malaysian arm of the Portcullis Group, seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead group-wide hiring across all entities and offices. You will own pipelines, design interview processes, and drive candidate mapping and closing with a founder-level approach.

You will manage onboarding and probation for new joiners, ensuring alignment with performance standards and cultural fit within a fast-moving financial services group.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Leadership or people-management experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on entrepreneurial approach to build a function in a startup environment.
• Ex-agency headhunter background with in-house success.
• Financial services or fintech hiring depth required.
• Technology hiring depth with engineers and leaders.
• Employer-brand and recruitment-marketing capability.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source, map, and approach top talent for open and upcoming roles across the Group.
• Own live hiring pipelines across all entities with structured interviews, scorecards, and decisive offers.
• Manage onboarding and probation for new hires, ensuring a strong first 3 months and successful confirmation.
• Build the Group’s talent brand and calibrate hiring managers on structured interviewing and assessment.
