The candidate will manage monthly financial reporting, interact with auditors and regulators, and drive process improvements across the group finance function.

This role requires strong technical accounting skills and leadership within a listed corporate environment.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA/MIA certification required.
• Audit firm experience with a listed public company preferred.
• Experience in Group Consolidation mandatory.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and financial modelling is an advantage.
• Analytical and meticulous approach to financial details.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage group accounts, consolidated reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, taxation and audits.
• Oversee quarterly interim financial reporting for Bursa disclosures and yearly budgeting.
• Analyse group and divisional performance to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with divisional management for monthly reporting and variance commentary.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and authorities for compliance.
• Improve internal controls and operating procedures across the group.
