Humana International Group is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee Group consolidation, financial reporting and Bursa Malaysia disclosures. This role ensures timely, accurate and compliant consolidation across the group and coordinates external audits.

The ideal candidate has extensive listed-company exposure, strong technical accounting expertise, and the ability to drive governance and reporting timeliness for the Board and stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, incl. 10+ years in a managerial corporate role.
• Essential: Experience in a publicly listed company.
• Strong expertise in group consolidation and statutory reporting under MFRS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quarterly and annual Group financial reporting and consolidated FS.
• Oversee preparation of Group information for the Annual Report.
• Manage quarterly reporting and Bursa Malaysia announcements.
• Review results, integrity, movements and variances.
• Oversee reporting for Group subsidiaries and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the Board.
• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers and other professionals.

Our client is an established, publicly listed group seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee Group financial consolidation, financial reporting and Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise, extensive listed-company exposure and the ability to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across a group of companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead quarterly and annual Group financial reporting and consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation of financial information for the Group's Annual Report.
• Manage quarterly financial reporting and announcements to Bursa Malaysia.
• Review financial results, account integrity, movements and variances.
• Oversee financial statements and reporting for Group subsidiaries.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely, accurate submission of audit information.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, statutory reporting requirements and applicable regulations.
• Lead Group budgeting, financial planning and actual-versus-budget analysis for management and Board review.
• Oversee Group cash flow management and forecasting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and other professional advisers on Group financial matters.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial corporate role.
• Essential: Experience in a publicly listed company.
• Strong expertise in Group consolidation, financial reporting, statutory accounts and MFRS.
• Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in audit management, financial planning and reporting governance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.

THE OPPORTUNITY

SALARY: UP TO RM30,000 PER MONTH
