Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the finance team and manage all financial operations for a leading manufacturing company.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation across subsidiaries, while coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure accurate, compliant financials.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Must have 8–10 years in finance with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Prefer candidates from manufacturing and multi-subsidiary environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.


• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.


• Consolidate financial statements across subsidiaries.


• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.


• Develop internal controls to protect assets.


• Provide insights for strategic decision-making.


• Manage cash flow and working capital for financial stability

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, is a MUST


• Prefer candidates from manufacturing industry


• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a group or multi-subsidiary environment.


• Team Management: Proven experience managing and leading a finance team across multiple subsidiaries.


• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations
