Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the finance team, manage accounting and reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial reporting, and governance experience within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in audit or accounting.
• Degree in accountancy or ACCA or other similar certification.
• Experience in managerial roles will be preferred.
• Working experience in manufacturing line will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operation of the company and manage the finance team.
• Review payment budgets, payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
• Prepare Group Financial Statements including consolidation and reporting packages.
• Analyze financial and non‑financial results, investigate variances and ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with bankers, company secretary, IRB, external auditors and tax agents for compliance.
• Update and maintain Company SOPs.
