This on-the-job training role develops project administration skills, with exposure to engineering documentation, meetings, and timelines. Diploma or degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred, and fresh graduates or those with less than 6 months’ experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, filing, tracking, and submitting engineering drawings and project documentation for review and approval.
• Support project meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining the project team’s action tracker.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and following up with team members and contractors on deliverables and deadlines.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including risk registers, issue trackers, and other project records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team as required.
