Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is launching a 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) to build capability across project management disciplines. The programme combines formal learning with practical development, and offers opportunities for professional accreditation while mentoring from industry leaders.

You will work on iconic projects with designers, engineers and contractors, contributing to delivering excellent client outcomes and developing your career within a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• To support project management commissions.
• To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time, cost and quality of the project.
• To produce project plans.
• To monitor project progress and other performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports.
• To track and document changes.
• To liaise with the project stakeholders.
• To coordinate meetings and draft minutes.

Graduate Project Manager

We do this by working as one with the wider client team including designers, architects, engineers, specialist advisors, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
