Job summary

Synergy Oil & Gas Consultants is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer in Malaysia. You will work closely with Lead and Senior Process Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure from day one on real engineering challenges.

You will develop process simulations, P&IDs, and calculations, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with teams and clients to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and project philosophies.
• A continuous learning mindset and interest in solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing process simulations, P&IDs, and process calculations.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing process simulations, P&IDs, process calculations, and specialist studies
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on technical matters
• Deliver engineering outputs that meet project requirements, quality standards, and submission deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (B.Eng) in Chemical Engineering from an internationally recognised university — First Class Honours required
• Familiarity with international engineering codes, standards, and project or operational philosophies
• A continuous learning mindset with a genuine interest in solving complex engineering problems
