Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a chemical process engineer to optimise and improve plant operations in distillation and related processes. You will review PFDs/P&IDs, perform mass and energy balances, and contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Join a team focused on safe, efficient scale-up and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical process engineering.
• Experience in distillation, solvent recovery, chemical manufacturing, or related processes.
• Knowledge of process design, optimisation, troubleshooting, and chemical unit operations.
• Ability to interpret PFDs/P&IDs with basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

What We're Looking For
