Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, data analytics or related.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and interest in operational accounting and finance systems.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity to explore unfamiliar systems and processes.
• Collaborative and proactive with clear communication across teams.
• Experience with data and Microsoft Office tools; exposure to ERP/AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete two six-month rotations, one within Group Office and one within the Asia finance team.
• Support finance systems activities and contribute to broader process uplift.
• Develop familiarity with the general ledger, running reports and reviewing data.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, exceptions and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements for improvements.
• Use an AI tool to design, test and implement solutions for processes.
• Provide flexible project support across Group Finance and Asia region.
