Job summary

Experian plc in Malaysia invites ambitious graduates to join its Finance Graduate Program, a structured 24-month development track spanning Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, Revenue, Cost, and Controllership.

You'll work with data-driven analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools, reporting to the Head of Department of each rotation while collaborating with finance, business, data, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, automation, or digital tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships, industrial placements, academic projects, or other relevant work experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, presentations, or financial modelling.
• Demonstrated experience supporting financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, process improvement plans, or business projects through coursework, internships, or employment.
• Interest in developing expertise across finance operations, financial planning and analysis, controllership, finance transformation, automation, and latest technologies

Responsibilities

• Support rotational assignments across core finance functions and close activities.
• Apply data-driven analysis to identify trends and explain variances.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance productivity.
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document progress throughout rotations
