Job summary

Experian Marketing Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is offering a Finance Graduate Program—a structured 24-month development track across Record-to-Report, AP, AR, O2C, FP&A, and more. You will rotate through functions, analyze data for insights, and explore AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency.

The program emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, exposure to finance transformation, and continuous improvement while reporting to the Head of Department of respective teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, automation, or digital tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships, industrial placements, academic projects, or other relevant work experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, presentations, or financial modelling.
• Demonstrated experience supporting financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, process improvement plans, or business projects through coursework, internships, or employment.
• Interest in developing expertise across finance operations, financial planning and analysis, controllership, finance transformation, automation, and latest technologies

Responsibilities

• Support rotational assignments across R2R, AP, AR, O2C, FP&A, Revenue, Cost, and Controllership.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Explore and use AI-enabled tools, automation to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Participate in finance transformation, process migration, and continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with finance, business, data, and technology teams on projects and learning assignments.
