Job summary

bolttech invites graduates to join a structured Graduate Programme based in Malaysia, offering two six-month rotations between Group Office and the Asia finance team. You will gain exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement, while building practical finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly bank reconciliations and ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.
• Help establish and enforce appropriate accounting methods and policies according to local and international standards.

This role offers two six-month rotations across Group Office and Asia, providing broad exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement. Based in Malaysia, you will support priority projects while building practical finance and transformation experience.

You will have the opportunity to…

End to end Finance function which includes but not limited to following:

• Complete two six-month rotations, one within Group Office and one within the Asia finance team.
• Month-end close process
• Responsible for monthly credit control
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Carry out ad hoc and other duties assigned by manager
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in accordance with local and international framework/standards
