Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is launching a Finance Graduate Program in Malaysia. The 24-month, rotation-based program builds foundational expertise across finance responsibilities, with exposure to transformation, analytics, automation, and the latest technologies. You will report to the Head of Department of the respective teams.

You will work across R2R, AP, AR, O2C, FP&A, Revenue, Cost, and Controllership while developing technical and commercial capabilities for a long-term finance career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, economics, commerce or business administration.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, automation, or digital tools is expected (Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Up to 2 years of professional experience including internships or projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to support financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support rotational assignments across R2R, AP, AR, O2C, FP&A, Revenue, Cost and Controllership while ensuring internal controls and standards.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and assist data-driven decisions.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and standardise finance processes.
• Participate in finance transformation, process migration, and continuous improvement plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance, business, data, and technology teams and maintain thorough documentation and training progress.
