bolttech Group in Malaysia offers a Graduate Programme that provides on-the-job experience and structured learning. You will rotate across two six-month assignments, working with Group Office and Asia finance teams, gaining exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in business, accounting, or CAT.

Mansioni

• Support month-end close processes and daily accounting tasks.
• Assist monthly credit control and bank reconciliation duties.
• Support establishment of improved accounting methods and standards.

This role offers two six-month rotations across Group Office and Asia, providing broad exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement. Based in Malaysia, you will support priority projects while building practical finance and transformation experience.

You will have the opportunity to…

End to end Finance function which includes but not limited to following:

• Complete two six-month rotations, one within Group Office and one within the Asia finance team.
• Month-end close process
• Responsible for monthly credit control
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Carry out ad hoc and other duties assigned by manager
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in accordance with local and international framework/standards
