The Graduate Development Programme is a structured talent development initiative designed to build future-ready professionals through rotational assignments across departments within SMBC SSC Sdn Bhd. The programme provides participants with broad business exposure, hands-on experience and development opportunities in both operations and non-operations functions, while supporting the organisation’s business and transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured onboarding, learning and development activities throughout the programme.
• Undertake rotational assignments across operations and non-operations departments within SSC.
• Support daily business operations and departmental initiatives based on assignment requirements.
• Assist in process documentation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data analysis and data validation activities.
• Participate in system enhancement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in Artificial Intelligence (AI), process optimisation and operating model enhancement projects.
• Support change implementation activities and project-related assignments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve assigned objectives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements at all times.
• Demonstrate adaptability, learning agility and a continuous improvement mindset throughout the programme.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department manager or programme administrator.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or above preferred.
